End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Products purchased through Archers Intel are licensed, not sold, to you by the individual seller, unless that seller's listing states otherwise. The license terms for each product are set by its seller and apply to your use of that specific product.

2. Platform Use License

Archers Intel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose: browsing, buying, selling, and engaging with other users. This license does not permit scraping, reverse engineering, or reselling access to the Platform itself.

3. Seller-Issued Licenses

For license-gated or subscription products, the seller's license terms govern your usage rights, activation limits, and renewal terms. The Platform facilitates license key delivery and verification but is not a party to the underlying license agreement between you and the seller.

4. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell any product obtained through the Platform except as expressly permitted by the seller's listing terms.

5. Termination

A license may be revoked if payment is reversed, fraud is detected, or the seller's own terms are violated.
