Archers Intel ("the Platform") lets sellers list software, apps, and digital products for sale, and provides a social feed for users to share posts and follow other creators. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.

3. Selling on the Platform

Sellers connect their own Stripe account and receive payment directly from buyers. The Platform does not take a fee on standard one-time product sales. A platform fee applies only to subscriptions and license-gated products, as disclosed in your seller dashboard.

4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not list malicious software, pirated content, or anything that violates applicable law. We may remove listings, posts, or accounts that violate these Terms at our discretion.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or performance of products listed by third-party sellers.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
